Right to Object to the use of your data

I would like to exercise my right to object to the processing (use) of my personal information under Article 35/36/37of the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018.

Please can you advise me if you are processing my personal information;

• for a task carried out in the public interest
• for your legitimate interests
• for scientific or historical research, or statistical purposes, or
• for direct marketing?

If I am able to object, [State what you want, inform the organisation directly that you object to any more processing of your personal information. You need to set out in your objection why you believe the organisation should stop using your personal information in this way]

Please send a full response within 4 weeks of receipt of my letter. If you cannot respond within that timescale, please tell me when you will be able to respond.
